Benefits Eligibility

Once you have completed the ninety (90) days of continuous employment at CDS Workforce, you become eligible for the following employee benefits; 

  • Paid Holidays (Six company-recognized holidays per year)

  • Medical Insurance

  • Paid Time-Off

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan

Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.

 

Paid Holidays

CDS Workforce observes the following paid holidays for regular, full-time employees: 

  • January 1 (New Year’s Day) 

  • Memorial Day 

  • July 4th (Independence Day)

  • Labor Day 

  • Thanksgiving Day 

  • Christmas Day 

Each non-exempt full-time employee’s eligibility for holiday pay begins after the completion of his or her trial period. To be eligible for holiday pay, you must be regularly scheduled to work on the day on which the holiday is observed and must work your regularly scheduled working days immediately preceding and immediately following the holiday unless an absence on either day is approved in advance by the office manager.  To the extent allowed by state and federal law, unexcused absences on the workday immediately preceding and following a holiday will result in ineligibility for holiday pay.  

When a holiday falls on a weekend, this will not be considered a paid holiday. Eligible employees will receive holiday pay for designated paid holidays.  Non-exempt full-time employees who are needed to work on a holiday will be paid straight time for the holiday plus the overtime rate as required by law. Employees who are on a continuous leave of absence are not eligible to receive holiday pay.

Medical Insurance (Non-Doctor Employees)

Employees can also join or change their plans during the annual enrollment period in August each year. PTO

CDS Workforce offers PTO to all Full-time non-doctor employees after 90- days of employment. PTO is accused at the rate below and is tracked in your ADP profile. You can manage and view your PTO from your ADP login.

Employee Scrubs

After the completion of the 90- day review, the practice will provide each employee with a voucher coupon to use to order branded sets of logo scrubs, not to exceed $120.00 per employee. All employees required to wear uniforms provided by the Practice must take care of their uniforms and report any wear or damage to the office manager. Instructions regarding cleaning and maintenance of uniforms will be provided. The office manager will inform you of additional requirements regarding acceptable attire. Certain employees may be required to wear safety equipment or clothing. Any deviations from these guidelines must be approved by the doctor.
