If you need financial assistance paying for your course: Please complete the Certification Financing Agreement & the Voluntary Payroll Deduction Form below. The company will allow you to make a payroll deduction of your choosing to pay for the 1st half of the course. Once 50% of the course has been paid, we will proceed with getting you enrolled and cover the other half of the course. (You will continue to pay this off via payroll deduction) Once the course is paid the deduction will end. If you stay will the company for 2 years after the completion of the course, we will pay you back in full for the cost of your course!

When traveling outside of your city to acquire your Expanded Functions Certification, you will be paid up to and not to exceed $100.00 for travel expenses; we will accept receipts for mileage, meals, and/or lodging to reimburse you up to the maximum amount of $100.00 for this specific travel purpose.
